Old Falls Street Vending District Intent The vending of goods and services in the Old Falls Street District is intended to provide an atmosphere that compliments the true beauty of its surroundings. With the redevelopment and reopening of Old Falls Street, the vending program will be of sufficient quality and variety. Incorporating entrepreneurial groups/individuals and actively soliciting the culinary students in our community as partners is a crucial part of the program. Vending Opportunities Currently there are vending opportunities in the Old Falls Street District for both daily and event vending. Daily Vending in the Old Falls Street District Interested vendors that currently hold a vending license with the City of Niagara Falls under the new ordiance are eligible to vend on Old Falls Street. By contacting Old Falls Street Management at 716-278-2100 or emailing H.Christensen@niagarafalls-cc.com you can set up an appointment to discuss the next step in the process for vending on Old Falls Street. Once all required information is received the Old Falls Street vending committee will review your application for approval. Guidelines, terms and conditions, and an application can be viewed by clicking on the link below. Vending at events on Old Falls Street Old Falls Street Managment is always looking to incorporate local and regional vendors into our programmed events. Interested vendors do not need a city vending license to vend in special events on Old Falls Street, however approval from Old Falls Street Managment is required in advance on a per event basis.
