Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are essential in providing our valued audiences and visitors with the warm welcome and kind service that leaves them with a positive, lasting impression of their Old Falls Street experience, and ultimately encourages their continued patronage of downtown Niagara Falls.

We are currently seeking volunteers for many different meaningful capacities, such as greeters, concert action teams and, vending at special events throughout the summer season.

In particular, we are looking for those interested in assisting with the summer concert series on Friday's "City Concerts" and, Saturdays for "Hard Rock Summer Concert Series" free outdoor concerts.

All candidates must have exceptional communication skills and be physically able to stand for extended periods of time in various weather conditions. Volunteers are needed to pour beer, assist with vending, assist with raffles and giveaways and perform various other tasks during concerts. Volunteers who will be handling alcohol must be 18 years plus. If your organization provided 10 or more volunteers Old Falls Street will assist in making a financial donation in support of your cause or charity.
